Account
How do I know if I am a customer?
Have you ever made a purchase from us? Then you are a customer of ours. Do you regularly receive newsletters from us? Then you are also a customer and you can log in via the following link. Click 'yes' when asked if you are already a customer. Log in here.
I don't have an account. How do I create one?
Creating an account is very easy. Fill in all your details, then you can start shopping! Create your account here
Multiple colleagues want an account, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Multiple email addresses can be linked to a company. Unfortunately, you cannot do this yourself yet, but we can do this for you. Let us know which email addresses you want to have linked to your company, and we will be happy to help you with that!
Login
I don't receive a code on my email to log in.
Try logging in with another browser. Sometimes it can also happen that the code ends up in the spam box.
My login code does not work (anymore)
The login code you receive via email is valid for 15 minutes. Request a new code once the time has expired.
If this still doesn't work, follow the steps:
1. Clear cookies and cache :
- Go to your browser settings.
- Find the “Privacy and security” or “Advanced” option.
- Click on "Clear browsing data" or "Clear history".
- Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click on "Clear Data" or "Delete".
2. Restart browser : Close your browser completely and restart it for the changes to take effect.
3. Use incognito mode : Try logging in using your browser's incognito mode, which doesn't use stored cookies or cache.
4. Try a different browser : If the problem persists, try logging in with a different browser to see if the problem is specific to the browser you are using.
Order
- Can I order without a Chamber of Commerce number?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Only companies that have a Chamber of Commerce number can place an order with us.
- How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter the discount code in the shopping cart under 'Discount code'.
- The discount code does not work, what should I do?
First check that there are no typos in the discount code. If this is not the case, check whether the discount code is still valid. If the discount code has expired, you can unfortunately no longer apply it to the order.
- Where can I see my order history?
Follow the steps below to view your order history: Log in to your account, Go to 'My profile', You can now view all your orders.
- What is the status of my order?
After you have logged in, you can see the status of your order under the heading 'My orders'.
- I cannot complete my order, how is that possible?
Check the following 2 things: Does your order meet the minimum order amount of €150 excluding VAT and shipping costs? If this amount is not reached, it is not possible to complete the order. Are you logged in to your account? If this is not the case, you will not be able to complete your order. Is your order amount higher than €150 excluding VAT and shipping costs and are you logged in to your account, but are you still unable to complete the order? - I can't pay, how is that possible?

- Can I find my invoice online?

- Can I pay on account?
That is possible, but keep in mind that the first order must always be paid in advance. From the second order onwards it is possible to purchase on account and pay in advance. You can indicate this in the 'payment' section during the ordering process.
Deliver pickup
- What is the delivery time of my order?
Is the item in stock and ordered before 5 p.m.? You will then receive your order within 2 working days. If part of the order is not immediately available, you will always receive a message from us.
- I want to pick up my order, is this possible immediately?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order immediately. The products must first be picked from our warehouse. Please contact us about what time you would like to collect your order.
- What are the shipping costs?
You can find the shipping costs when completing your order under the heading 'Shipping method'.
Fracture
- What should I do if an item is broken?
Send an email including a photo of the box/item to financial@jodecoglass.nl. You will then receive a credit note for the broken items.
- When will I receive my money back?
We use a period of 14 days.
Private individuals
- Can I buy from you as a private individual?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Only companies that have a Chamber of Commerce number can place an order with us.
Newsletter
- How can I sign up for the newsletter?
You can register in two ways: Scroll at the bottom of the page to sign up for the newsletter, fill in your details and press the 'Register' button. When creating an online account you can also sign up for the newsletter. Click on 'Register' at the top of the page, fill in your details and check the box at the bottom of 'I would like to receive the e-mail newsletter with promotions and offers'.
- How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Showroom
- Can I make an appointment to visit the showroom?

- Is the showroom up to date?
Our showroom shows our current collection but also the pre-sale items for Christmas/spring. The showroom is therefore always up to date.
- What is the address of the showroom?
